Dryden Girls Lacrosse Home Opener

• Seton Catholic 6, Dryden 5: At Dryden, Maura Ingram and Jordan Wilson had two goals apiece as the Saints (1-2) eked out the victory.
The score was tied at 4 at halftime, but the Saints scored early in the second half to take a one-goal lead, then doubled their lead late in the half. Coach Charlie Dardia’s Dryden squad scored in the closing minutes, but was unable to get the equalizer.
Liz Water had two goals, and Thea Simonet, Emily DeLucia and Alex Zehr also scored for the Lions, who got 12 saves from senior goalie Marissa Ramos.
