Dryden Boys Lax Lose OT Thriller

• Whitney Point 10, Dryden 9, OT: The Eagles got two goals each from Dan Ellerson, Sean Ballard, Corey Hodges and Brett Ellerson to beat the Purple Lions (1-5) in overtime.
Jordan Zehr, Erik Dardia and Joe Delucia had two goals apiece for Dryden, which rallied from a 7-3 halftime deficit to force the extra session. Matt Federation, Duran Joyce and Ross Cole also scored for the Purple Lions, while goalie Nate Walker made 10 saves. Andrew Gardiner stopped 13 shots for the winners. Dryden travels to Seton Catholic Today and will Host Oneonta Friday.

??Dryden is off till next Tuesday, when it travels to Elmira Notre Dame for a 7 p.m. faceoff.
