Lady Lions Laxers get first win of the season -

Dryden

Being down 9-2 at halftime you might think the Dryden Lions Girls Lacrosse team might just mail it in.  It was the last game of a win less season.  Instead they outscored Chenango Forks 9-2 in the second half forcing Overtime with a score of 11-11.  The scored remained tied at 12-12 after the 6 minute overtime (2 - 3 minute periods) after each team scored one.  With 2:16 left in the second sudden victory overtime Vanessa Scott hit the winner and the celebration started.

Great way to send the seniors off, a win in their last game and last home game.
