We moved the ball very well at times today,
but we did not cover the counter attack very well. Moravia did a great job
countering and scored 2 of their three goals that way. The third was after a
corner that was not cleared well and just kept bouncing around in the box until
it was put away. Gabby Guisado and Tim Lewis took control of the team and lead
the way back from a 2-3 deficit. Gabby ended the day with 3 goals and an assist
and Tim had an assist and played very well defensively. They both lead by
example and encouraged their teammates to step up their play. We responded with
3 goals in the last ten minutes of the game to come from behind and win by 2.
We next play at Whitney Point tomorrow night at 7:00 pm.
