Dryden 1, Whitney Point 0: On
Tuesday night at Dryden, Keri Daley scored off a cross from Abigail Barr
just 15 seconds into the game and the state's second-ranked Class B
team (12-0) held off the Eagles.
The Purple Lions held the edge in
both shots (16-5) and corners (8-4). Sarah Westcott made three saves to
earn the shutout, while Brittany Randall stopped 10 shots for W).
Dryden hosts Waverly at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
