Senior Lax Trio plays in Exceptional Senior Game

Vestal NY - Ross, Joe and Jake we members of the Section IV West Senior Team on Monday Night at Vestal High School. All played well and contributed.

 Jake played LSM and then some close D.  Joe and Ross were on the same attack line. Joe had a goal.   Nice way to finish up their Dryden Lax Careers.

Drydenites Grab ESPN Honors

(From DCS Athletic Website)ESPN Ithaca hosted their first annual "Night of Champions" June 8th at the Ithaca Country Club.  This event was created to honor the top coaches and athletes across ESPN Ithaca's wide listening area (encompassing most of the IAC and STAC).  Dryden athletes Abby Yatsko (track), Brian Colbert (baseball), and Taylor Bennett (soccer) were honored as MVP's of their respective sports.  Lee Stuttle was awarded girl's track coach of the year and doubled up by winning overall girl's sport coach of the year.  The overall award came with a $500 scholarship to be given to a Dryden athlete of Coach Stuttle's choice.  He chose Anne McConnell to receive the award for her excellence in track as well as her perseverance and team-first attitude.

31st Annual Senior Athletic Awards Night

Dryden's Senior Athletes were sent off in style on Wednesday June 4 with a gala event sponsored by the Dryden Sports Boosters.  Each Senior who played a sport was honored with a certificate and a beautiful poster that displayed all Senior athletes.  Many individual awards and scholarships were given, including Most Outstanding Athlete (Jon Becker and Kate Holland; All winners shown here.)

Abbey Yatsko: placed 13th in the 100m
Tor Wildenstein: placed 11th in long jump 
Liam Joyce: 6th place in the 200m race
